Job summary

AXA Health UK’s Pricing team is strengthening governance capabilities, seeking a Senior Pricing Governance Analyst to ensure governance, controls, and fair pricing remain accurate, compliant, and fair across AXA Health's products.

You will update governance documents, design risk controls, drive cross-functional challenges, and report on price fairness using Power BI, with hybrid work and office days in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and owning governance documents for senior and cross-functional audiences.
• Experience designing or refining risk controls in pricing, governance, or compliance contexts.
• Track record of proactively driving process or governance improvements.
• Experience planning and delivering complex workstreams end-to-end, managing risks and dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide risk and control perspectives in complex discussions.
• Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment, including PROD rules and Consumer Duty, in governance contexts.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with data analysis and visualization ability.

Responsibilities

• Update key governance documents, including the Fair Pricing Policy and the Pricing & Underwriting Guidelines, and manage end-to-end review and sign-off with stakeholders.
• Co-design, implement, and refine controls to manage pricing and governance risk; assess proportionality and provide independent challenge.
• Lead governance discussions with senior stakeholders; accompany the Pricing team through governance and approval processes.
• Engage with evolving pricing methods to anticipate governance and fair pricing impacts and drive improvements.
• Lead the Fair Pricing Annual Review and produce recommendations for policy evolution.
• Maintain and develop the Fair Pricing Dashboard in Power BI for monitoring price fairness.
• Collate and manage Product Governance MI to support price fairness oversight.
• Monitor pricing risk incidents and attestations; ensure pricing KRI assessments remain current.
• Build strong working relationships to ensure governance is understood and consistently applied.
• Keep up-to-date with AXA standards, underwriting guidelines, and FCA pricing regulation.
