AXA Partners is seeking a Product Governance Manager to ensure fair value and regulatory compliance across insurance and assistance services. You will lead assessments, monitor frameworks, and champion customer interests while collaborating with multiple teams to shape product design and outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, clear documentation, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment within the UK market.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in product governance, conduct risk, or a related role within financial services or insurance.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly.
• Ability to analyze complex information and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regular assessments to ensure products provide fair value and meet customer expectations.
• Review and improve product monitoring frameworks and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis of product pain points and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to foster customer-centric product development.
• Ensure new and revised products follow proper approval processes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation demonstrating compliance with FCA standards and other regulations.
• Design and oversee dashboards to track key customer outcome indicators.
• Use data insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for positive change.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer across the organisation.
• Support regulatory change projects and cross-functional collaborations.
• Manage a team and foster high performance and continuous improvement.
