Job summary

Monzo in the UK is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst in Savings to drive and continually improve the performance of savings products, merging commercial strategy, data analysis, modelling and product growth.

You will collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Data Science and Product squads to develop market insights and turn them into actionable decisions that boost deposit volumes, margins and competitiveness in the UK.

Qualifications

• You have pricing, portfolio management or commercial product management experience within UK retail banking, fintech, or a fast-paced consumer finance environment.
• You are highly analytical and hands-on with data to drive commercial decisions.
• You can translate complex financial data into clear narratives for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance against targets and diagnose drivers of deposit movements.
• Analyse pricing elasticity and data on acquisition/retention to model growth vs profitability.
• Size and model the commercial impact of strategic initiatives with Finance during planning.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance and Product squads to inform pricing decisions.
• Develop and maintain pricing datasets and Looker dashboards.
• Track macro and competitor changes to advise agile pricing shifts.
