Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Savings Pricing Manager to drive performance of savings products and shape pricing strategy through data analysis and modelling. This role sits at the crossroads of commercial strategy, analytics, and product growth.

You’ll monitor portfolio health, model pricing trade-offs for growth vs profitability, and collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Data Science, and Product squads to translate insights into actionable decisions that fuel sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Pricing leadership and portfolio management experience within UK retail banking or fintech.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into commercial decisions.
• Experience with data analysis/visualisation tools (Looker, SQL, Python, Jupyter).
• Ability to navigate complex spaces and translate financial data into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance and identify drivers of deposit movements.
• Model pricing elasticity and trade-offs to balance growth and profitability.
• Size and model the commercial impact of strategic initiatives with Finance input.
• Provide analytical clarity on pricing decisions and balance sheet impacts across Monzo.
• Develop pricing analytics and maintain Looker datasets and dashboards.
• Keep a view on UK macro trends, BoE rate changes and competitor moves to guide pricing shifts.
