Harnham is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join its London-based hybrid team. You will contribute to developing pricing models for personal lines, analyse portfolio performance and provide insight-backed recommendations to support growth.

The role involves collaborating with underwriting and analytics, and contributing to data pipelines, reporting, and AI-driven initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years in personal lines pricing, strong Python skills, and a quantitative degree.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in personal lines pricing, ideally within insurance.
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation, modelling and analysis.
• Degree in a quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing pricing models across a range of insurance products.
• Analysing portfolio performance and producing insight-driven recommendations.
• Supporting risk modelling, fraud analytics and underwriting initiatives.
• Working with data pipelines, reporting processes and pricing systems.
• Contributing to automation and AI-driven projects across the business.
