Lewis Silkin is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join a newly established pricing function. The role sits at the intersection of finance and business development, delivering data-driven insights for fee proposals and matter budgeting across practice groups.
You will develop pricing strategies, build models, and create dashboards to enable consistent, profitable pricing decisions firm-wide. Collaboration with partners and BD teams will be essential to success.

Over the past year, the firm has laid the groundwork for a dedicated pricing capability, and this role will be instrumental in building on that foundation. The Senior Pricing Analyst will work at the intersection of finance and business development, providing data-driven insights that support fee proposals, matter budgeting, and strategic pricing decisions across the firm's practice groups.
You will need to have a professional manner, excellent articulation and interpersonal skills, and have a minimum of two years working in a law firm. You’ll also possess strong numerical skills and have a good sense of attention to detail, which will be key within this role. We are looking for someone who can take initiative to assist with establishing processes and workflows where none currently exist.
