RSM UK is seeking a Lead Presentation Designer to join the Integrated Marketing & Communications team. Sitting at the heart of the Creative Studio, you will work directly with the CEO and national/global leaders to shape strategy and the firm’s growth narrative into compelling visuals.

Qualifications

Around 6+ years' experience with a clear focus on presentation and communication design in high-stakes environments.
Exceptional PowerPoint skill, including advanced animation, master-slide management and template creation.
Love for the craft and a drive to be recognised as the best in the field.
Ability to distill complex content into a clear, persuasive argument.
Discretion with confidential and market-sensitive material in senior contexts.

Responsibilities

Own the narrative and shape the story from raw content before presenting it.
Set craft standards for CEO and senior leaders, translating complex material into clear visuals.
Develop and steward presentation templates, master slides and assets for on-brand output.
Apply advanced motion/animation, templates, and AI-enabled workflows to elevate presentations.
Respond rapidly to high-profile requests and coach others in AI-enhanced practices.
