Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Lead Presentation Designer to join the Integrated Marketing & Communications team. You will sit at the heart of the Creative Studio, working directly with our CEO and senior leaders to bring strategy to life through exceptional presentation design.

The role demands a senior designer who delivers high-impact, credible visuals with sophisticated animation, data visualisation and AI-enabled workflows. Hybrid working and a fast-paced environment are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Around 6+ years’ experience in presentation/communication design, including agency exposure
• Exceptional PowerPoint skill with advanced animation and master-slide management
• Ability to distill complex content into clear, persuasive visuals
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders in high-stakes environments
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and training others to use them

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative and shape the argument for key executive presentations
• Set and elevate the craft standard for CEO and senior leaders
• Deliver high-caliber designs under tight deadlines and demanding rooms
• Incorporate advanced PowerPoint animation and motion design techniques
• Develop and maintain presentation templates, master slides, and assets
• Lead on AI-enabled working practices and train colleagues
