Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Lead Presentation Designer to join our Integrated Marketing & Communications team. You will sit at the heart of the Creative Studio, work directly with the CEO and national/global leaders to bring strategy to life, and own moments from board sessions to key market announcements.

You’ll set the craft standard for high-stakes environments, drive AI-enabled workflows, and lead on templates and assets to elevate all firm-facing visuals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience focused on presentation and communication design, including agency exposure or high-stakes environments.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skill with advanced animation, master slides and templates.
• Loves the craft: designs presentations, continually improves and is recognised for it.
• Able to distill complex content into a clear, persuasive argument.
• Exhibits sound judgement with confidential materials for senior audiences.
• Agency-honed temperament: handles high-stakes moments calmly and decisively.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and capable of earning trust at top levels.
• Fluent with AI tools in a creative workflow and able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative and shape the story rather than just executing someone else’s brief.
• Set the craft standard for CEO and leaders, translating complex material into clear visuals.
• Design to the highest standards for senior leadership and global audiences.
• Apply advanced motion/animation, master slides, and template architecture; reach for After Effects when needed.
• Create data visuals that make dense information immediately legible.
• Respond quickly to high-profile requests, iterating with leaders in real time.
• Lead on AI-enabled workflows, champion Microsoft 365 Copilot, and train colleagues.
• Develop and steward presentation templates and assets to raise the firm's on-screen standards.
