Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Lead Presentation Designer to join our Integrated Marketing & Communications team. You will be the most senior presentation designer, working directly with the CEO and national/global leaders to bring strategy and growth plans to life with clear, credible visuals.

The role demands exceptional PowerPoint skills, mastery of animation, and the ability to translate complex material into compelling storytelling.

Qualifications

• Around 6+ years' experience focused on presentation and communication design, ideally in high-stakes environments.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skill with advanced animation, master slides and template creation.
• Love for the craft and desire to be recognised for outstanding presentation work.

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative and shape the argument, not just execute someone else’s briefing.
• Set the craft standard for the CEO and senior leaders, translating complex material into clear visual communication.
• Lead on AI-enabled ways of working and train colleagues to raise the firm's capabilities.
• Develop and steward presentation templates, master slides and assets to raise the floor of all materials.
