Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Lead Presentation Designer to join the Integrated Marketing & Communications team. You will sit at the heart of our Creative Studio and work directly with the CEO and national/global leaders to bring strategy to life through high-stakes presentations.

The role demands exceptional PowerPoint skills, advanced animation and a mastery of templates, with AI-enabled workflows and a calm, professional approach to fast-moving, high-visibility briefs.

Qualifications

• Around 6+ years’ experience focusing on presentation and communication design, including agency exposure and high-stakes environments.
• Exceptional, demonstrable PowerPoint skill with advanced animation, master-slide management and template creation.

Responsibilities

• Owning the narrative, interrogating raw content and finding the story before you tell it, shaping the narrative rather than just executing someone else’s
• Setting the craft standard, designing to the highest standard for the CEO and senior leaders, translating complex material into compelling visual communication
• Designing to the highest standard for the CEO and senior leaders, translating complex, sensitive material into compelling, clear visual communication
• Bringing motion and animation craft including advanced PowerPoint animation and transitions, master-slide and template architecture, and using After Effects or Premiere when needed
• Making data land, building charts and diagrams that make dense information legible
• Responding to high-intensity requests at pace, iterating with a leader in real time
• Leading on AI-enabled ways of working, training colleagues to use Copilot for PowerPoint and generative tools
• Developing and stewarding presentation templates, master slides and assets to raise the firm’s on-screen standards
