The role focuses on coordinating the preconstruction process from initial enquiry through tender submission and contract award, working with estimating, commercial, planning, design, procurement and operations to develop robust bids.

The candidate should bring strong civil engineering knowledge and proven tender management experience, with the ability to run multidisciplinary bid teams and deliver

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience leading preconstruction/tender management.
• Experience with NEC contracts advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction process from enquiry to tender submission.
• Lead multidisciplinary tender teams across estimating, commercial, design, planning, procurement and operations.
• Develop competitive tender strategies and review documentation.
