Bimplus invites an experienced Senior Commercial Business Partner – Pre-Contract to join on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will support major projects across sales, estimating, legal and operations. You will review tenders and contracts, identify commercial exposure and craft risk-mitigated commercial strategies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior commercial or pre-contract role.
• Proven ability to review and negotiate complex contracts.
• Background in construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting multimillion-pound tenders and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial review of tenders, bids and contracts.
• Assess terms, pricing structures and viability.
• Identify risks before contract award and develop mitigation.
• Support negotiations with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide senior management with clear advice and recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales, estimating, legal, finance and operations.
• Review departures, liabilities and payment terms.
• Ensure governance and approval processes are followed.
• Assist handover of contracts to delivery teams.
• Help improve commercial processes and controls across the business.
