Job summary

Warrington Borough Council is seeking a Senior Practitioner to lead quality assurance and safeguarding across Children’s Social Care. The role promotes a systemic and relationship-based practice approach and supports practitioners and managers through reflection, learning, and evidence-informed interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and safeguarding practice improvements across Children’s Social Care.
• Undertake audits and facilitate reflective learning for staff.
• Design and deliver training sessions to the workforce.
• Contribute to safeguarding reviews and QA activities to promote safe, evidence-informed practice.
