Job summary

Cambridgeshire County Council is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance and Practice Standards Officer to lead QA and monitor practice standards across Adult Social Care. You will analyse data, identify improvement opportunities and shape organisational learning to deliver high-quality, person-centred services for adults with care and support needs and unpaid carers.

You will work closely with operational teams, managers and senior leaders, providing guidance, challenging practice when needed

Qualifications

• Professional Social Work qualification and eligibility to practice.
• Strong understanding of Adult Social Care legislation, policy and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to influence practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and practice monitoring activities across Adult Social Care.
• Analyse complex information and produce actionable reports for decision-making.
• Develop resources and guidance to support workforce development and practice excellence.
• Collaborate with operational teams, managers and partners to drive continuous improvement.
