Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist for its client's community-based service based in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work across children's and adult social care services, supporting complex cases while providing leadership and supervision to colleagues.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

• Assess children with physical disabilities, including autism.
• Complete assessments for specialist equipment, seating, and home adaptations.
• Undertake moving and handling assessments and Occupational Therapy housing assessments.
• Provide clinical guidance, advice, and support to Occupational Therapy colleagues.
• Line manage two Occupational Therapists working across adult and children's caseloads.
• Manage complex assessments and collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience working with children in a community, health, or social care setting.
• Experience assessing and recommending equipment, adaptations, and moving & handling solutions.
• Previous experience within adult social care services.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or line managing Occupational Therapists.
• Strong assessment, communication, organisational, and case management skills.
