Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support a busy Adults Services team in Enfield. The role focuses on waiting list management and comprehensive OT assessments to reduce backlog and deliver timely, high-quality care.

You will work on awaiting list improvement and P&A OT assessments, aiming to improve independence and wellbeing for service users in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in Adult Social Care / Community OT.
• Confident managing assessment-led caseloads.
• Experience in backlog / waiting list work desirable.
• Strong communication and prioritisation skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake OT assessments across Adults Services.
• Support and contribute to the waiting list reduction project.
• Complete P&A OT assessments.
• Deliver strengths-based, person-centred interventions.
• Manage a varied community caseload.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Support safe discharge and independence outcomes.
• Ensure accurate and timely case recording.

Job description

Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experiencedOccupational Therapist to support a busy Adults Services team in Enfield for its client. This role will involve a varied caseload with a strong focus on waiting list management and OT assessments.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive service and make an immediate impact by helping reduce backlog pressures and ensuring timely, high-quality assessments.

What will your responsibilities be?

The postholder will support the team in delivering key Occupational Therapy functions, including contributing to awaiting list improvement projectand completingP&A (Provision and Assessment) OT assessments.

You will be working to ensure service users receive timely, strengths-based assessments and appropriate interventions to support independence and wellbeing.
