Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower individuals with complex needs across the East Riding in community settings. You will conduct assessments, recommend aids and adaptations, and work with carers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored support plans.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration.
• Proven experience in community-based work, particularly with aids and adaptations.
• Strong understanding of complex health and social care conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
