Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking a Practice Supervisor to oversee a team and mentor students, newly qualified social workers and the wider workforce. The role, while not having direct workload, involves supervising others, offering guidance and facilitating reflective practice to enhance service delivery.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Social Worker with extensive post-qualifying experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage complex cases

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with substantial post qualifying experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of delivering quality outcomes for children and young people.
• Experience with legal proceedings and complexity in practice.

Responsabilités

• Oversee others' work and provide reflective supervision in collaboration with the Team Manager.
• Mentor and develop students, newly qualified social workers and the wider workforce.
• Provide guidance, support and consultation to improve practice.
