Job summary

Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking an exceptional Practice Supervisor in Bradford to lead elements of service development and support the Team Manager in responsibilities. You will also support Assessing Social Workers in the Kinship Assessment Team, contributing to training, quality assurance and individual practice development.

One must hold a Social Work Degree and be registered with Social Work England, with at least 3 years post-qualification experience and strong safeguarding

Qualifications

Must have a Social Work Degree and be registered with Social Work England.
Post-qualification experience of at least 3 years, with a minimum of 6 months as a qualified social worker.
Strong knowledge of fostering regulations and national standards.

Responsibilities

Lead aspects of service development and support the Team Manager.
Support Assessing Social Workers in the Kinship Assessment Team.
Provide training, quality assurance, and individual practice development.
Maintain high-quality support to Kinship families.
