Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking a Practice Supervisor in Children in Care. You will collaborate with the Principal Social Worker and Learning & Development Service to support the delivery of excellent practice, mentoring and guiding staff, and developing others without direct workload responsibility.

You will engage in supervising complex cases, leading reflective discussions, and promoting restorative relational practice across services, with emphasis on safeguarding and welfare

Formación

• Qualified Social Worker with substantial post-qualifying experience.
• Experience and expertise in delivering quality outcomes for children and young people.
• Strong track record in legal proceedings and handling complex cases.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the work of others and provide reflective supervision.
