Bradford Children and Families Trust is recruiting Social Worker for Duty & Assessment and Children & Families teams based in Bradford. The role focuses on safeguarding, supporting families and delivering restorative, relationship-based practice to improve outcomes for children and young people.

Qualificações

• DipSW or equivalent qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Experience delivering quality outcomes for children and young people.
• Strong ability to build relationships with children, families, colleagues and partner agencies.
• Ability to write high-quality reports and assessments and analyse information effectively.
• Experience managing a caseload in a statutory setting and negotiating with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multi-agency environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with partners to identify what children and families need to make lasting positive change and support permanence.
• Advocate for children and young people ensuring their voices are heard in decision making.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop strengths-led plans with families.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans for each child.
• Monitor and review progress of plans, adjusting as needed.
• Provide emotional and practical support to help children build resilience.
• Work to achieve permanency and outstanding outcomes through relationship-based practice.
