LOVEMEAD GROUP PRACTICE/ROUNDSTONE SURGERY in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Practice Manager. The role is 30 hours over four days per week on a permanent contract, with a salary range of £40,000–£45,000 FTE depending on experience and qualifications.

The Deputy Practice Manager will work closely with the Practice Manager and GP Partners to oversee day-to-day management, governance and development of the practice, leading on quality, clinical governance, complaints and patient experience

Responsibilities

• Lead on quality, governance, complaints and patient experience.
• Coordinate significant events, incidents, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support operational, workforce and organisational management across the practice.
• Provide line management for designated staff and support recruitment and training.
• Deputise for the Practice Manager during leave and non-working days, within delegated authority.
