Job summary

Healthii People is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a four-site GP practice in Norfolk. You will drive strategic and operational management, partnering with GP Partners and a wider team to shape service delivery.

The role offers Senior leadership responsibility with strong support from Operations and Clinical Leads, enabling you to implement improvements and oversee governance, performance and transformation across sites.

Qualifications

• Significant General Practice / Primary Care management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with HR, finance, CQC and governance.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
• A strategic, forward-thinking approach.
• The ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
