Job summary

TPF Recruitment Ltd in Newbury is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio/Accounts Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of owner managed businesses. You will review and sign off work, lead client meetings and provide commercially focused advisory support while managing a small team.

The role combines strong technical accounting with relationship management, offering autonomy, high client involvement and opportunities to develop junior staff within an established practice.

Qualifications

• Significant accountancy practice experience.
• ACA or ACCA qualification, or qualified by experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
• Experience reviewing and signing off statutory accounts.
• Strong business advisory and commercial awareness.
