TPF Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Accounts Supervisor for an established accountancy practice. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, oversee accounts preparation, and ensure compliance with UK standards while guiding junior staff and coordinating workloads.

You will work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client service, develop staff, and maintain strong client relationships across a varied portfolio.

Competenze

• Experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and UK accounting standards (UK GAAP).
• Ability to supervise junior colleagues.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounting and financial support across a range of assignments.
• Oversee the preparation of accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant UK accounting standards and regulations.
• Liaise directly with clients to obtain information, resolve queries and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Support Managers and Partners with complex assignments and technical queries.
• Review work completed by junior team members, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance.
• Assist with the training, development and supervision of junior staff.
• Allocate and monitor workloads, ensuring assignments are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality and client service across the portfolio.
