Job summary

TPF Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a growing accountancy practice to hire an experienced Private Client Tax professional as Assistant Manager. You will own a diverse portfolio, deliver high quality personal tax compliance and contribute to a range of advisory projects, working closely with Partners and Directors to build trusted client relationships.

In this role you will provide technical guidance, support more junior colleagues, and take increasing responsibility for complex client work.

Qualifications

• CTA and/or ATT qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Strong private client tax compliance knowledge.
• Experience managing a portfolio of private clients.
• Excellent communication and trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of private clients and act as trusted advisor.
• Deliver high quality personal tax compliance across client portfolio.
• Contribute to private client tax advisory projects.
• Identify advisory opportunities within client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members.
• Attend client meetings and manage workflows and budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with legislation and HMRC policy.
