Job summary

Brentford FC is seeking a PR Manager to protect and promote the Club’s reputation through integrated communications campaigns that support strategic priorities and long‑term growth. The role is based in Brentford with the corporate communications function and collaboration across marketing, content, community and corporate affairs.

The successful candidate will lead high‑impact PR activity, secure positive media coverage, and help advance the Club’s narratives domestically and internationally,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in media relations with extensive contacts across sports, lifestyle and entertainment media.
• Experience delivering integrated PR campaigns aligned to strategic priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Strong editorial skills and ability to influence public narratives.
• External stakeholder and agency management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with head of corporate communications and wider team to develop and implement integrated campaigns.
• Lead proactive PR plans to promote the club’s reputation.
• Collaborate with Brentford FC Community Sports Trust to coordinate PR in the community.
• Support international activities and deliver the international PR strategy.
• Engage media across sports, lifestyle and entertainment platforms to maximise coverage.
• Develop third-party partnerships and influencer engagement.
• Support Investor Relations to maximise opportunities with ownership group.
