Job summary

KRG Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong background in Crisis and/or Litigation PR to lead day-to-day client delivery and mentor junior staff.

You will act as a senior adviser to key clients, guide strategic comms, and manage relationships across retained and project work. You will collaborate with senior leaders on complex challenges, oversee high-quality materials, and help grow a dynamic team in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across Crisis and/or Litigation PR at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level.
• Strong media relations and communications experience.
• Previous people-management/line-management experience.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently across multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong writing, editing and strategic communications skills.
• Commercially aware and organised with ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day account delivery across a portfolio of clients.
• Act as a trusted senior point of contact, building lasting client relationships.
• Provide communications counsel across complex and sensitive issues.
• Develop and execute communications strategies with senior team members.
• Lead media relations activity and identify opportunities.
• Draft and oversee press releases, pitches and briefings.
• Mentor junior team members including Account Executives and Interns.
• Support recruitment and development of the team.
• Contribute to commercial performance and profitability of accounts.
• Oversee account processes and day-to-day delivery.
