Job summary

KRG Holdings Ltd is seeking an Account Director for an award-winning independent creative agency in London. Based in a new Soho office, you will lead consumer PR, social and influencer campaigns for a diverse entertainment, drinks and FMCG portfolio.

Take ownership of strategic planning, client counsel and high‑impact campaigns while mentoring junior teams, managing budgets and contributing to new business pitches. Hybrid working and a collaborative culture are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Agency-side consumer PR experience required.
• Proven Account Director-level capability and leadership.
• Strong earned media instincts, writing and presentation skills.
• Experience creating and delivering creative brand plans across PR, social and influencer.
• Budgeting, resourcing and team-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer PR, press office, social and influencer campaigns across accounts.
• Own strategic planning from annual brand plans to standalone campaigns and pitches.
• Provide commercially-minded counsel to clients and drive campaigns forward.
• Collaborate with creative, studio and account teams to realise ambitious ideas.
• Manage junior team members, budgets and multi-layered campaigns.
