Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd in Aberdeen is seeking a Senior PR Executive to lead media relations and craft compelling narratives across energy, trade press and regional outlets. You’ll build relationships with journalists, plan campaigns from brief to coverage, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Write and pitch press releases, case studies and thought leadership pieces across print, digital and broadcast media
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and industry contacts across Scotland and beyond
• Plan and deliver PR campaigns from brief through to coverage, keeping clients updated at each stage
• Monitor media coverage and produce reporting that shows clients what their PR spend is actually achieving
• Support junior team members with feedback and day‑to‑day guidance
• Manage multiple client accounts at once, balancing competing deadlines without dropping the ball

Here are the skills you’ll need:

• A few years' experience in a PR agency or in-house communications team
