Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a PR Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of client accounts, craft compelling press materials, and build media relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role offers hybrid working between the Glasgow office and home, a salary £24,500 to £31,500 depending on experience, equity and stock options, flexible hours, and a genuine remote-friendly culture with a development budget to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Couple of years in PR or communications role (agency or in-house).
• Sharp writing skills to turn updates into stories.
• Confidence pitching to media and speaking up on calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts day-to-day, acting as main point of contact for queries and updates.
• Draft press releases, pitches and media materials that actually get read and picked up.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and influencers across relevant sectors.
• Monitor coverage and compile reports that show clients what’s working and what isn’t.
• Support senior colleagues on strategy and campaign planning, contributing your own ideas.
• Coordinate events, launches and press opportunities from planning through to delivery.
