This is a first-class opportunity for a proven PR Account Director to join an amazing business and team. Leading client relationships, you will also head up a small team, leading from the front in client strategy & growth, pitch work, team mentoring, and industry-leading PR & Communications.

This PR Account Director role is part of a wider integrated agency offering, known for creative output and paid media channel capabilities.

The Role:

  1. Own the PR area of the business, team, clients, and financial planning.
  2. Lead the client pitch and business development agenda.
  3. Manage senior client relationships and allocate team resources accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with the wider leadership team on cross-team client development.
  5. Manage budgets for the business and clients.
  6. Mentor the team, lead by example, and oversee recruitment, training, and development.

What’s needed:

  • Experience in consumer and B2B sectors is ideal.
  • Strong team management skills with relevant experience.
  • Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
