Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant for a Manchester-based hybrid contract (Inside IR35). You will lead design and delivery of enterprise Power Platform solutions, gathering requirements and shaping designs to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities include running workshops, producing user stories and specifications, guiding Agile delivery, and mentoring teams on governance and ALM. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

Proven design and delivery of enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
Dataverse data modelling, security, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Design solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
Produce user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Support Agile delivery teams throughout development and UAT.
Advise on governance, security, licensing, and Power Platform best practices.
Mentor consultants and developers while promoting adoption and continuous improvement.
