First Military Recruitment Ltd seeks a Senior Digital Developer in Bristol to lead the design, development and deployment of a low-code solution using Microsoft Power Platform. You will create data models, build Power Apps, dashboards and automated workflows.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to MOD and information management standards, and delivery within an Agile context. Contract: 5 months, day-rate basis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions from requirements through to deployment.
• Strong ability to design structured data models and governance-controlled information repositories.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and MI reporting.
• Experience configuring SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries and M365 services.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflows, notifications and approvals.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with stakeholder feedback.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end development of the SPEC Output Development Tool using Power Platform technologies.
• Design data models, schemas and structures to track outputs, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Develop Power Apps to enable capture, management and exploitation of outputs.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for senior decision making.
• Configure Power Automate workflows and alerts to support governance.
• Design and maintain SharePoint Online lists, libraries and M365 components.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Support Agile delivery through reviews, demos and user feedback sessions.
• Develop and execute testing activities and document handover materials.
