First Military Recruitment are seeking a Senior Digital Developer to lead the design, development and deployment of a low-code solution using Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on managing outputs, risks and actions for strategic planning exercises and capability activity.

Required expertise includes Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online within an Agile environment. The position is Bristol-based with hybrid onsite expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and deploying Power Apps solutions in complex environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering Power Platform solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Experience configuring SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries and M365 services.
• Experience using Power Automate to develop workflows and approvals.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and interfaces.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with stakeholder feedback.
• Strong documentation and user-guidance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of the SPEC Output Development Tool using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Design data models and schemas to support outputs, risks and actions.
• Develop Power Apps solutions for efficient capture and management of outputs.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
• Configure Power Automate workflows, notifications and governance processes.
• Document solutions and produce handover materials for live service.
