Job summary

Spinwell Ltd is recruiting a Senior Power Platform Developer for a 5-month contract in Bristol, with hybrid working (2–3 days on site). The role focuses on end-to-end Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online, to deliver governance-centred outputs for the public sector.

Responsibilities include data modelling, stakeholder engagement, and producing technical documentation to support live service transition.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions from requirements through to deployment.
Strong experience designing dashboards and MR reporting.
Experience configuring SharePoint Online and Power Platform components.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of the SPEC Output Development Tool using Power Platform technologies.
Design and implement data models, schemas and structures to support tracking and governance.
Develop Power Apps to enable efficient capture and management of outputs.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
Configure Power Automate workflows to support governance and alerts.
Design and maintain SharePoint Online lists and libraries.
Gather, refine and validate requirements with business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical solutions and user-friendly interfaces.
Support Agile delivery through reviews and demonstrations.
Develop testing activities and ensure high quality with handover materials.
