Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Power BI Development Manager to lead enterprise reporting across Group Investment Management. The role blends technical leadership with hands-on BI development, shaping standards and analytics strategy across the function.

Reporting to the GIM Dashboards Owner, you will nurture a high-performing team, drive the reporting roadmap and partner with Data Engineering to deliver scalable, trustworthy data solutions that empower investment decisions and

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on Power BI experience with advanced DAX and semantic modelling.
Strong SQL Server knowledge including data warehousing and transformations.
Experience designing scalable reporting with governance, testing and release management.
Proven experience leading technical or analytics teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Power BI professionals with coaching and priorities.
Manage the reporting roadmap, backlog and delivery commitments with quality.
Collaborate with business partners to translate needs into practical BI solutions.
Design, build and optimise Power BI dashboards, models and architecture.
Partner with Data Engineering to deliver reliable data solutions end-to-end.
Establish governance and release controls to improve consistency and quality.
Resolve complex reporting issues and enhance usability, resilience and efficiency.
