Job summary

Superdrug Stores Head Office in East Croydon is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to drive our reporting and analytics platform. The role blends hands-on BI development with technical leadership to design scalable dashboards, data models and KPIs while strengthening governance and standards.

You’ll mentor BI Developers, conduct code reviews and collaborate with data engineers, architects and stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics.

Qualifications

Extensive commercial experience developing Power BI solutions in a complex enterprise.
Expert knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Advanced experience with DAX and Power Query.
Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling and star‑schema design.
Experience with governance, security and deployment pipelines.
Mentoring or technical leadership of BI Developers.

Responsibilities

Acting as the organisation’s subject matter expert for Power BI.
Designing, developing, testing and deploying enterprise dashboards, reports and KPIs.
Creating and optimising DAX calculations and data models.
Establishing development standards and governance processes.
Improving report performance and platform reliability.
Mentoring BI Developers and conducting code reviews.
Working with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
