GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Analyst to join our M&S site in Bradford. You will deliver accurate, timely reporting across the business and support the design and implementation of data solutions to drive efficiency.

You will collaborate with operational, project, and senior stakeholders to shape reporting strategies, improve processes, and enhance performance across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Management Information and data visualisation solutions, ideally using Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Power BI reporting suites, dashboards, and custom analytical applications.
• Design, maintain, and enhance data infrastructure and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve reporting methodologies and efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders across the GXO network to adopt new tools and reporting capabilities.
• Produce and analyse management information, KPIs, productivity metrics, and capacity planning data.
• Provide expert data support across site and network projects, ensuring reporting accuracy and quality.
