Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean tools to operational environments.
• Ability to conduct time studies and productivity assessments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop productivity models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies across direct and indirect activities to support planning
• Review and update productivity assumptions based on performance
• Analyze changes to determine impact on productivity and cost KPIs
• Support continuous improvement projects validating enhancements
• Identify waste and propose solutions to improve performance
