GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Analyst to join our M&S site in Bradford. You will deliver accurate, timely reporting across the business and support the design and implementation of data solutions to drive efficiency.

You will collaborate with operational, project, and senior stakeholders to shape reporting strategies, improve processes, and enhance performance across the network.

Qualifications

• Provide expert data support across site and network projects, ensuring reporting accuracy and quality.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Network Analyst to join our M&S site in Bradford. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across the business while supporting the design and implementation of innovative data solutions. Working closely with operational, project, and senior stakeholders, you'll help shape reporting strategies, improve processes, and drive efficiency throughout the network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Power BI reporting suites, dashboards, and custom analytical applications
• Design, maintain, and enhance data infrastructure and reporting solutions that provide accurate and actionable insights
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve reporting methodologies, processes, and efficiency
• Partner with stakeholders across the GXO network to support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and reporting capabilities
• Produce and analyse management information, KPIs, productivity metrics, capacity planning data, and operational performance reports
• Provide expert data support across site and network-wide projects, ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency, and quality standards are maintained. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to present findings to senior leaders
• Experience leading or supporting Continuous Improvement projects and driving positive business change
• Ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong collaborative approach with the ability to work independently while building effective relationships across multiple teams

Contract and Working Hours

• This is a full‑time, permanent role, working predominantly Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. There will be the requirement to work a Saturday or Sunday on occasion.
• We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
