Job summary

PLS Solicitors is seeking a Post Completion Assistant to manage Land Registry applications and requisitions from start to finish. The role is office-based for the first three months, then hybrid with three days in the office and two days at home.

You’ll join a specialist post-completion team recognised as a technical function, with progression into senior or more advanced legal roles as volumes grow.

Qualifications

• Established post-completion experience and ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy, time-sensitive caseload.
• Confidence handling post-completion tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Land Registry processes, requisitions and a range of case types, especially New Build transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-completion matters from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across a high-volume caseload.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications; handle requisitions and technical queries.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and third parties; assist with workload allocation and escalation when needed.
