Rathbones seeks a Portfolio Manager to join the dedicated Portfolio Management team in Bristol. You will construct, manage and monitor investment portfolios for individuals and institutions, balancing risk and return while aligning with client objectives.

You will collaborate with investment management teams, conduct research, and maintain strong knowledge of Rathbones’ proposition and regulatory framework to deliver superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing portfolios at scale.
• Demonstrated success in client service and contribution to business performance.
• Level 7 qualification CWM or CFA (CWM preferred).

Responsabilités

• Define and implement investment strategies based on clients' risk tolerance and goals.
• Monitor markets and adjust portfolios as needed for risk/return.
• Identify and manage portfolio risks with Investment Risk procedures.
• Explain strategies and performance to clients in partnership with IM teams.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; contribute to committees.
• Adopt Rathbones' investment philosophy and operating model.
