Rathbones is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to drive growth and deliver high-quality financial advice to high-net-worth clients. You will manage a portfolio, conduct regular reviews, and collaborate with Investment Management teams to provide a seamless service that reflects Rathbones’ standards.

The role emphasizes strong technical expertise, client relationship-building, and leadership in shaping office direction while supporting team growth and a client-centric culture.

Formación

• Experience delivering a Financial Planning service with up-to-date industry knowledge.
• CII Level 6 or Chartered Financial Planner (or equivalent).
• Knowledge updated through industry reading/events or briefings.
• Proven track record of building relationships with introducers internal or external.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored advice and handling complex cases.
• Lead regular reviews and demonstrate value to clients with clear documentation.
• Manage a significant established client portfolio and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Investment Managers and Rathbones specialists to deliver seamless client service.
