Job summary

Rathbones is seeking a client-facing professional to lead on service and relationship management within a centralized operating model. You will own end-to-end client lifecycle processes, liaise with the investment team, operations and other stakeholders, and ensure a high standard of client service.

The role requires experience in financial services, understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to manage complex administration tasks including estate matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing end-to-end client administration in financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment relevant to investment management.
• Experience in client lifecycle processes and handling client inquiries.
• GCSE English and Maths grades A-C are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes.
• Manage client lifecycle administration for timely, efficient experience.
• Act as liaison between client, investment team, operations and other stakeholders.
• Ensure client lifecycle processes follow operating model and KPI benchmarks.
• Gather information to support client suitability and produce client summaries/welcome letters.
• Attend client meetings and lead discussions on administration matters.
• Handle complex client lifecycle tasks such as estate/probate where needed.
