Rathbones Group in London is seeking a Client Service Executive to own client lifecycle tasks and deliver excellent service. You will manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the go-to person for administration queries and supporting the investment team.

The role emphasizes end-to-end client administration, onboarding, and estate-related activities within a Private Office framework, with a preference for 4+ in-office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services with end-to-end administration processes.

• Willingness to pursue relevant professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver client outcomes.
• Manage the client lifecycle administration for timely, efficient experiences.
• Act as main liaison between client, investment team, operations and other stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end account opening, onboarding and transfer processes follow the operating model.
• Support suitability information gathering and produce client summaries/welcome letters.
• Lead client administration discussions in meetings and share best practices.
