Rathbones is seeking a Senior Manager for Wealth Intermediaries Marketing in London. You will lead marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen adviser relationships and drive growth in discretionary wealth services, working with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven results.

You will translate complex investment capabilities into compelling adopter propositions, manage campaigns across digital channels and events, and mentor a team to sustain high performance within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Understanding of UK financial adviser firms, their business models, regulatory environment and evolving client needs.
• Significant experience marketing wealth management solutions for adviser engagement and intermediary distribution growth.
• Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, multi-channel tactics, events, and traditional marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for discretionary wealth management services to UK financial advisers.
• Understand adviser firms and their needs to shape messaging and strategy.
• Create multi-channel marketing plans to generate quality leads and grow FUM.
• Collaborate with distribution teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Provide content and engagement programmes to navigate industry challenges and improve client outcomes.
