Job summary

BetMGM is building a high-performing UK analytics function in Leeds. We seek a Senior Manager - Portfolio Analytics who blends data expertise with commercial leadership to understand, optimise, and grow how the business makes money across marketing, product, operations and finance.

You will deliver consultancy-style insights that shape decisions, improve efficiency, and drive revenue. Strong stakeholder collaboration and deep analytics experience across domains are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics or strategy within online gambling or fast-paced digital sectors.
• Hypothesis-led problem solving, project prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue and profitability understanding.

Responsibilities

• Embed a portfolio analytics framework to drive fast, actionable decisions.
• Partner with leaders across Marketing, Product, CRM, Pricing, Risk, and Finance.
• Analyse end-to-end revenue drivers: acquisition, retention, monetisation, LTV.
• Lead consultancy-style scoping, prioritising, and delivering clear recommendations.
• Deliver insights that influence revenue, customer behaviour, and profitability.
• Support forecasting, ROI, and P&L modelling with data-driven insights.
