Job summary

LeoVegas Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager - Portfolio Analytics to lead commercial analytics across marketing, product, CRM, pricing, and finance from our UK analytics function. You will embed a portfolio analytics framework to drive fast, actionable decisions and partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial analytics, revenue optimisation, or strategy role within online gambling or digital media.
• Five-plus years in a commercial leadership role with stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of how digital businesses generate revenue and profit.

Responsibilities

• Embed a portfolio analytics framework to drive fast, actionable decisions.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify growth opportunities and efficiencies.
• Analyse revenue drivers across acquisition, retention, monetisation, and CLV.
• Lead consultancy-style problem solving from scoping to recommendations.
• Deliver insights that influence revenue, customer behaviour, and profitability.
• Support forecasting, campaign ROI, and P&L modelling with data.
